We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia.

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post or another reputable courier.
  • Standard delivery: approx. 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or regional areas may require additional delivery time.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

3. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size/weight, unless a free‑shipping promotion is active.
  • Any current free‑shipping offers or promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your parcel via the carrier’s website (e.g. Australia Post) using this tracking number.

6. Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

7. Delays, Missing or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details.
  • We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and work with you toward a suitable solution in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us immediately.
  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been processed or dispatched.
